Parans provided an advanced PLT6 natural sunlight system lighting solution for the Phase I underground parking garage of the Shandong Marine Digital Intelligence Technology Industrial Center in Shibei District, Qingdao, helping create a modern underground parking space that is intelligent, energy-efficient, and comfortable. As a transformation demonstration project of the former Sifang industrial area, the Shandong Marine Digital Intelligence Technology Industrial Center adopts a dual-engine model of “Marine + Digital” to build a future hub for marine digital intelligence industries. The Phase I smart parking facility includes 634 parking spaces, with deep underground areas, large floor space, and limited access to natural daylight
PLT6 Natural Sunlight System Solution
Parans customized seven sets of PLT6 natural sunlight systems for the project. Through outdoor collectors that automatically track the sun, full-spectrum natural sunlight is transmitted into the underground parking area via fiber optics, delivering zero-energy green lighting. This solution brings healthy, comfortable, and authentic sunlight experiences to underground spaces while supporting sustainable and low-carbon development.
