In 2003, Parans pioneered the launch of a fiber-optic-based solar lighting system, revolutionizing the way natural light is utilized in indoor spaces. The following year, the first version of our patented technology—the Parans System—officially entered commercial operation. This era-defining solution originated from deep R&D collaboration with Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden, laying a solid foundation for the global sustainable lighting industry.

In March 2020, with the relocation of the global operations center to China, the scientists and engineers at Parans further elevated their passion for innovation and their vision to improve the world. We firmly believe that technology should emulate nature—just as sunflowers turn to follow the sun to absorb maximum energy for growth. The birth of the Parans system stems from a pure desire: to bring concentrated, full-spectrum natural sunlight deep into buildings via high-performance fiber optics, thereby improving indoor living environments and enhancing people’s health and emotional well-being. At the same time, we are committed to helping the construction industry use materials more efficiently during the building process without sacrificing internal natural lighting.

Against the backdrop of today’s global commitment to reducing carbon footprints, Parans' solutions have become particularly significant. Utilizing sunlight concentrated 10,000 times as a light source is a healthy, sustainable, and intelligent choice. Through fiber-optic solar technology, Parans brings high-intensity natural light deep into buildings, redefining the concept of the "window." This not only improves human well-being and productivity but also opens up infinite possibilities for internal architectural spaces.

Currently, Parans has successively launched the SP4 series (large institutional version), the PLT6 (small institutional version), and the Helios (home mini version) sunlight systems. These systems can transmit natural sunlight through buildings for distances up to 300 meters. This means that even building spaces 100 floors away can be illuminated by sunlight. Our products and services primarily cater to global residential tenants, architects, engineers, and large commercial institutions.
